About Trustero

Trustero provides AI for GRC with a patented, multi-agent AI that automates complex GRC analysis tasks, substantially reducing the workload for GRC teams while increasing accuracy and minimizing reliance on expensive external consultants. The AI functions include conducting internal audits by executing natural language test procedures, assessing policy designs, organizing evidence, providing semantic search and comparison of GRC related information, answering security questionnaires and RFPs, and more. Trustero AI can extend the capabilities of existing GRC programs by integrating with existing tools or as an AI native GRC platform.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Marketing to own Trustero’s marketing strategy and execution. This hands-on leader will drive demand generation and pipeline growth, advance our brand in the GRC and AI compliance space, and build a high-performance marketing foundation for scale.

This role is highly hands-on: from campaign operations and event execution to tech stack optimization and content strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate product innovation into measurable revenue impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own Trustero’s marketing strategy across demand generation, brand, product marketing, events, and digital programs.

  • Lead pipeline growth through multi-channel campaigns targeting mid-market and enterprise SaaS buyers.

  • Serve as the HubSpot expert—from lead lifecycle design to reporting dashboards and automation.

  • Plan and execute industry events, including pre- and post-event lead capture, booth logistics, and onsite presence.

  • Develop content and assets supporting campaigns, product launches, and field enablement.

  • Manage paid media, email, SEO/SEM, webinars, ABM, and partner marketing initiatives.

  • Track KPIs and performance data to optimize return on spend and accelerate revenue.

  • Establish Trustero’s marketing operations foundation to scale efficiently as the company grows.

  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on pipeline goals, account targeting, and SDR support.

  • Work with Product and Engineering to ensure messaging reflects product capabilities and differentiators.

Annual salary range is $200,000 to $250,000 USD

Job requirements

Required Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong focus on demand generation.

  • Bachelors of Arts or equivalent required, MBA preferred.

  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue in mid-market and enterprise segments.

  • Hands-on operator with the ability to both build strategy and execute day-to-day programs.

  • Expert proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn, GoogleAds—setup, automation workflows, scoring, analytics, and integrations.

  • Proven experience running major industry events and trade shows.

  • Track record of leading successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Technically adept—comfortable working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

  • Excellent communicator with strong storytelling, writing, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing AI or security/compliance technology products.

  • Startup or high-growth SaaS company experience.

  • Ability to build and manage a small but high-performing marketing team.
