About Trustero
Trustero is an advanced AI for security and compliance teams. We enable Agile GRC by ingesting and analyzing GRC data in real-time. Our AI eliminates the most time-consuming compliance work—from gap analysis and remediation guidance to questionnaire automation and evidence collection.
Backed by BrightPixel, Zetta Ventures, Engineering Capital, and Vertex Ventures US, we are transforming how companies manage compliance.
Now, we’re looking for an SDR Manager to come and build a team and our outbound/inbound function —someone who’s ready to take full ownership of building and scaling a high-performing SDR team from scratch.

What You’ll Do
Build & Lead – Recruit, hire, and train a team of SDRs from the ground up.
Develop Playbooks – Design and optimize outbound prospecting strategies that generate real pipeline.
Drive Revenue – Set aggressive KPIs, track performance, and refine outreach tactics.
Execute & Iterate – Be hands-on in the early days, refining scripts, messaging, and sequences based on real data.
Work with Leadership – Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to continuously refine our ICP, messaging, and motion.

Details
This role pays between $135,000–$200,000 depending on experience (Base + uncapped commission)

Job requirements
A Proven SDR Leader – 3+ years of outbound sales experience and preferred 1+ years managing SDRs or anyone else.
Quota Crusher – You’ve consistently exceeded quota, you can prove it, and you know how to help others do the same.
You Have a Playbook - Trustero is a fast-growing startup. We need a capable leader to come in and make an impact quickly.
