Role Overview
As a Partner Development Executive at Trustero, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by establishing and managing partner relationships . The ideal candidate is a driven and results-oriented partnership professional with a proven track record in SaaS sales, particularly in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.
In this role, you will manage the entire partnership lifecycle—from partner identification, business term negotiations, and ongoing relationship management. You’ll work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to deliver a world-class partner experience and meet business objectives.
Salary Range: $250,000 - $300,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Identification & Prospecting
Identify and engage with potential business partners, leveraging outbound strategies as well as inbound inquiries.
Conduct product demos and presentations to articulate the value of Trustero’s compliance platform to potential business partners.
Manage the full relationship cycle from qualification through contract negotiation and closing.
Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Partner Management & Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Act as a trusted resource, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term adoption of the Trustero platform.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to joint customers.
- Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with Marketing to align partner sales efforts with lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams on partner needs, trends, and challenges.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system (e.g., Hubspot ).
Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and forecasts to leadership.
Job requirements
10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partner/channel sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience selling GRC tools (e.g. Archer, MetricStream, RiskOptics, or Hyperproof.)
MBA or BA degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
Strong experience managing the full partnership sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and sales tools.
Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with enterprise-level clients.
Familiarity with the IT compliance landscape or related frameworks.
